1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Butter melted
1 Beaten egg
1 c. Raspberries

Struesel
1/4 c. Chopped Pecans
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
2 T. Melted butter

Mix all ingredients until moist

Muffin Directions:
Combine flour with baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl mix milk, butter and egg until well blended. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened. Spoon 1/2 batter into muffin cup, put raspberries on top, put remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with pecan struesel topping.

Bake 350º 25-30 minutes.
