2 packages lemon jello
stuffed olives cut in half
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup diced celery
1 small sweet onion chopped
1/2 cup grated carrots
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in only 3 cups hot water. Place in frig to partly set. In an oiled ring mold place olives in bottom all around the mold. Cover them with a small amount of jello. Place in frig for about 15 min. Mix cabbage, celery, onion and carrot with remaining jello and pour on top of olives, smooth top. Put in refrigerator to set. When ready to serve, set bottom of mold in hot water for a few seconds and turn upside down onto dish. Decorate with curly parsley around edge of plate. Serve with mayo on the side.
