2 c sugar
1t salt
1/3t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1t nutmeg
2 c flour
1 ½ c oil
4 eggs (well Blended)
2 large jars of carrot baby food
2 t ground cinnamon


Icing:

1 box powder sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
½ stick melted butter
1 t vanilla
Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Add all dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil and mix. Add baby food and mix. Pour into greased pan and bake at 375 for 35 minutes.


Icing: Cream all ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.
