1 can of chopped green chilies
1 chopped whole bell pepper
3 whole green onions chopped
2 whole jalapeņos chopped (without seeds)
8oz of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of real mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients above and chill to desire. Serve with Frito Scoops
