Ingredients:  
Slice peeled apples in bottom of greased pan (margarine). Sprinkle apples with ¼ cup sugar, cinnamon, and ½ tbsp. minute tapioca. Do another layer of apples, sugar, cinnamon, and minute tapioca. Dot this layer with about 1-2 tbsp. margarine. Pour about ¼ cup water over apples. Bake at 350 degrees until apples are soft.

Topping:

1 cup flour
½ cup margarine
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon

Pour crumb mixture over apples. Bake until lightly brown.
