2 Packs of Broccoli Slaw
3 Packs of Oriental Ramen Noodles
1/2 Cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Dressing
1 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/4-1/2 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
Flavor Packets from Ramen Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch noodles for 3 minutes, drain them, saute in a small amount of butter for 10 minutes and cool.
Toast the almonds and sunflower seeds.
Mix slaw, noodles, nuts, and seeds in a large bowl. Add dressing just before serving. Add chicken, shrimp, or scallops if desired.
