Personal Notes:
I am a Greek Yogurt lover!! Once I got used to the texture and tangier flavor I have been hooked, in fact I now have a hard time eating regular yogurt (too sweet, never thought those words would come out of my mouth). Every weekday morning I have yogurt and granola for breakfast (on occasion using this recipe). That being said, this recipe makes the yogurt very thick and filling. So thick, in fact, I have a hard time eating the entire amount at once. But talk about a healthy (and yummy) way to start the morning!!
