3 lb. ground beef
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 medium onions finely chopped
1 c. fine bread crumbs (2 slices of bread)
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, chili powder, salt, pepper, and garlic salt together. Make meat balls size of walnuts. Bake at 350º for 15 min.
