Chicken Breasts - boned, skinned and halved
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp curry powder
oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp or 1 packet beef broth
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 c water
1/2 c onion chopped
1 jar junior baby apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour and curry. Brown in oil, remove. In same pan add remaining ingredients and stir. Bring to boil. Place chicken in baking dish, pour sauce over chicken. Heat oven to 350º F, bake 1 hour covered.
Serve with rice or your favourite veggies.
