Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 kg box of frozen breaded boneless porkbites (from M & M or Costco etc.)
1 can 10 oz chicken broth
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 14oz can pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/4 c soy sauce
3 tbsp cornstarch

Options:
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
red or green pepper chunks
1 c frozen peas, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pork longer than package suggestion until crisp. Combine sauce, heat for about 10 minutes then add soy sauce and 3 tbsp cornstarch (I use a jar for this and shake before adding). Pour into sauce (boiling) until thickened. Pour over pork.

Options
I like to add 1 can of sliced water chestnuts, red or green pepper chunks and 1 cup frozen peas, thawed. Add all when making the sauce. Serve over white or brown rice.
