4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. Kraft Mexican blend with Philly
8 oz. pkg. Kraft Triple Cheddar with Philly
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
16 oz. cavatappi pasta (corkscrew)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine seasonings and flour; slowly add to milk and whisk until smooth.
2. Melt butter in a sauce pan; pour in milk/flour mixture.
3. Once heated, gradually add cheese, stirring often.
4. Meanwhile, boil pasta. Drain and pour into a 2 qt. casserole dish.
5. Once all of the cheese has melted, pour the cheese mixture over the pasta and carefully mix.
6. Bake uncovered at 350º for ~30 min.
