1-15 oz. ricotta cheese
1-10 oz. frozen pkg. chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded mozzarella
3/4 c. Parmesan
1 egg
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2-28 oz. jars of spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1-8 oz. pkg. uncooked manicotti shells

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, 1 c. mozzarella, 1/4 c. Parmesan, egg, onion powder, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Combine spaghetti sauce & water.
3. Spread 1 c. of sauce in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
4. Stuff uncooked manicotti with spinach mixture & arrange over sauce.
5. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti & sprinkle with remaining cheese.
6. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
7. Remove from fridge 30 min. before baking.
8. Bake uncovered at 350º for 40-50 min. or until heated through.
