½ cup white flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup soft butter
1 ½ squares baking chocolate melted
2 cups broken walnuts (she called them nut meats)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together in one bowl. In a separate bowl cream sugar and butter, then add egg and vanilla. Add melted chocolate. Combine dry and wet ingredients, and lastly mix in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake ten minutes at 350 degrees.
