Ingredients:  
3 to 4 lb. cut-up chicken
¼ cup flour
¼ cup oil
2 cloves garlic
2 med. onions, sliced thinly
1 med. green pepper, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
1 large apple, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon curry powder (or to taste)
2 teaspoons salt
1 28oz. can tomatoes
½ cup raisins
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup roasted peanuts
Rice or Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with flour and brown chicken in oil on stovetop until brown. Remove from skillet.
Cook garlic, onions, green pepper, celery, apple, and curry powder in oil and pan drippings from chicken, about 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and raisins. Add back chicken pieces and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to simmer for 35 to 40 minutes until chicken is tender. Spoon sauce over rice/noodles and sprinkle with peanuts to taste.
