½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 ¼ cup white flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg together in a bowl. Mix in dry ingredients. Roll dough into small balls and place 3 inches apart on a greased baking tin (sheet). Press fork tines crosswise on top of cookie. Bake at 375 degrees 10 to 12 minutes.

I use chunky peanut butter. Grandma Marie loved peanut butter. She’d put it on ice cream and cereal!
