1 package (16 oz) watermelon Kool-aid powder (or any other flavor)
1-2/3 cup white sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
White or hot pink and green sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Kool-aid and sugar, add butter, and mix until fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Mix in salt and soda. Add flour in 1/2 cup increments, mixing after each addition. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or use parchment paper.

Roll dough in balls 1 inch in diameter with your hands, or flour a board very well, as dough is soft, and roll out and cut in desired shape. Roll balls in sugar or sprinkle cut-outs with sugar.

Bake at 325º for 10-12 minutes.
