2 pounds chuck beef cut into 1 inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chopped onion
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
4 large ripe tomatoes cut in thin wedges
1-1/2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1-1/2 Tablespoons paprika
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Cooked spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Push meat to one side of skillet and sauté onion and garlic. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve over cooked, buttered spaghetti.
