1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 1/2 cup raw peanuts
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet with butter, set aside.
combine sugar, corn syrup, peanuts and salt in eight-cup glass measuring bowl (do not cover) Cook for four minutes on Power 8 in an 1100 watt microwave. Stir and microwave for four more minutes.
Add butter and vanilla, and microwave two more minutes. Remove from microwave and add baking soda. Stir until creamy tan, about 30 seconds Pour onto buttered cookie sheet to cool and then crack apart.
