1 CONTAINER PHILA. CHIVE AND ONION CHEESE SPREAD
1/2 C. RANCH DRESSING
2 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
1 1/2 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, DIVIDED
1 C. CRUSHED CRACKERS, DIVIDED

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375.
MIX SPINACH, CREAM CHEESE, DRESSING, EGGS, AND 3/4 C. OF CHEDDAR CHEESE IN LGE. BOWL. STIR IN 1/2 C. OF CRUSHED CRACKERS.
SPOON MIXTURE INTO GREASED 2 QT. CASSEROLE AND SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING 1/2 C. CRACKERS AND 3/4 C. CHEDDAR CHEESE
BAKE 20-25 MIN. UNTIL HEATED THROUGH AND CHEESE ON TOP IS MELTED.
