1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Milk
2 T. Cocoa
1 rounded tsp. Corn Starch
1/2 (strong) stick Butter
splash of Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk, cocoa and corn starch to a boil for 1 minute. Take off heat.

Add 1/2 strong stick of butter and splash of vanilla extract.

Bring back to boil for 20 to 30 seconds.

Strain and serve over ice cream.
