BBQ Kale Chips Recipe

1 bunch kale, washed and dried (about 1 lb)
Olive oil cooking spray

For seasoning:
1/4 cup paprika
2 Tbs ancho chile powder
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the seasonings in a small bowl.

Remove the thick stem from the kale and discard. Tear the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces. Lay the kale onto the the prepared baking sheet and spray evenly with cooking spray. Bake until crispy and browned edges, tossing the kale halfway through, 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle the kale with BBQ seasoning and serve.
