Need special irons for these & use large fry daddy for right grease tempature.

1/2 cup sifted flour
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tbs. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt
Beat eggs & milk, oil & vanilla & stir in flour
Heat Iron & stick in hot grease
use a fork to get off iron if it doesn't drop after lifting
Be sure and not let the dough go over the top of the iron or you'll never get it off.
Don't have little ones around when doing, easy to get burned badly.
