Brownies:
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs (add one at a time)
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 cup + 1 tsp. flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Frosting:
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 Tbs milk
6tbs. margarine

Bake 350º for 30 minutes
While warm spread frosting
make frosting while brownies are cooking, it takes a long time to beat frosting

Frosting: Boil at a full boil stirring for 1/2 minute
add 1/2 cup chocolate chips
remove from heat & beat until chips are dissolved & icing is thick & creamy
spread over brownies while warm

Bake in a large jelly roll pan that has been greased.
