1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg well beaten
1 1/4 cup flour sifted with:
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Bake 375º 12 to 15 minutes

cream butters-add sugar, then egg(mix well
Sift dry ingredients & add to other mix
put on ungreased baking sheet
take fork and press on each cookie

Bake 375º 12 to 15 minutes depending on how hot your oven runs
when slightly firm to the touch, remove pan & let set for a few seconds
remove and cool
