¼ c. oil
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
2 c. grated cheese
1 ½ c. ham
1 can evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil and hash browns. Press into well-greased or lined 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 425º. Remove from oven, layer with ham and cheese. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over ham and cheese. Bake for 30 more minutes.
