Large Chicken or Turkey
olive oil
Kosher Salt
small amount crushed pepper
1 lemons and Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash bird and dry her really well.
Cover with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt.
Cut a lemon and small onion in 1/2 and place inside the bird.
Bake at 400º . Use thermometer to check doneness. Remember to let bird sit for 10 minutes before cutting so allow for that extra cooking time as it cools.

Finally after many many years this is the best ever way to cook the birds.
Love the taste, but easy on the skin as it's salty, not good for your blood pressure.
