Large pkg of chicken wings
3/4 cup maple syrup (or 1/4 c real & 1/2 fake)
2 T. ketchup
2 T. mustard
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
The fattening wings, coat with either milk, water or egg. Cover with flour. Deep fry for 5 minutes till slightly browned.
The healthy choice. Lightly coat with olive oil. Bake in oven at 400º till lightly brown.
Mix sauce in baking dish then add the chicken. Re-add to oven and bake till nice and sticky.
