1 c. flour
1 stick butter
½ c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients and pack into 12x15 pan. Bake 15 min at 350.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip well and spread on cooled crust. Make pudding as per package directions. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with nuts, chocolate slivers or cherry bits.
