2/3 c. eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Directions:

In food processor, pulse together the eggs and salt til combined. Add the flour and pulse until little balls form. Using your fingers, squeeze some dough together to test moisture level. If it's too dry add a teaspoon of water at a time or if it is too wet, add a tablespoon of flour at a time to get correct texture.

Let rest for at least 1 hour and then roll out.

* 2/3 cup of eggs is usually 3 eggs, and you can add a little water to get it to the line without doing another egg.
