Cake:
3 cups Flour
3 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 1/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cup Shortening plus 1 tbsp
3/4 cup 2% Milk
3 cups Blueberries
Topping:
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix well.Add flour, baking powder, salt, milk. Mix until combined. Carefully stir in blueberries. Pour into greased tube pan or bunt pan. Sprinlke top with cinnamon sugar mix. dot with butter.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350, check if done after 1 hour. Test with toothpick. If it comes out clean the cake is done.

Gram tosses the blueberries with a tbsp of flour before stirring into batter.

Don't worry if you forget to dot the butter, it still comes out delicious.
