1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2cups hot water
1 tablespoon instant chicken bouillon
8 ounces sour creme....I use light sour creme.
4 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 ounces (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounce can chopped chilies, drained
1 teaspoon ground cumin. ... U can leave this out but it does add a little more favor.
10 (8 inch) tortillas

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In saucepan, cook onion in butter till tender.

Stir in flour, hot water and bouillon.

Cook and stir until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Stir in sour creme.

In medium bowl, combine 2 cups of sauce mixture with chicken (remaining sauce will go on top), 1 cup of cheese, chilies and cumin.

Place chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll up, folding in the sides.

Arrange in greased 9x13 pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.

Bake 25 minutes.
