29 oz. can pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Line 9X13 inch pan with waxed paper or parchment. Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into lined pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture evenly and pat the nuts onto cake mix. Spoon the melted butter over the mixture. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes (knife inserted should be clean). Cool 20 minutes, run knife along edges, then turn over onto serving tray (it will be upside down). Peel waxed paper off and refrigerate until cool.

Frosting:
¾ cup powdered sugar
3 cups whipping cream
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
Beat whipping cream. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla – frost and keep refrigerated.
