2 T. margarine/butter
2 T. onion (chopped)
3 T. flour

dash garlic salt
dash oregano, thyme, basil
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp. salt

2 cups tomato juice
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add margarine to fry pan. When melted, add onion and saute. Add flour to mixture. Add sugar, salt/pepper and spices.
Slowly add tomato juice and milk, stirring well.
Warm on medium , stirring often. Enjoy.

Remember Tomato juice will only keep for a short time after opened, so be sure to either make double the soup or drink remainder of the juice.
