2 cups flour
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
Directions:

chicken cut up
3 beaten eggs
oil

Mix all dry ingredients together. Grind until fine. Store in bag.
Coat each piece of chicken first with beaten egg then with flour in bag making sure to completely cover..Deep fry in oil until cooked thru and crispy on outside
