4 cups flour
2 packages softened cream cheese (16 ounces)
1 pound unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Make into about 12 balls. Refrigerate. Roll out. Cut into triangles. Fill each triangle with about 1 teaspoon plum jam. Bake at 350° until lightly browned. Roll in sugar while still warm.
