1 lb. velvetta cheese
1 - 8oz. cream cheese
1 - 3oz. cream cheese
12 oz. sharp cheddar spread
2 oz. blue cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
All cheeses should be at room temperature. Blend cheeses in food processor and add garlic powder. Divide into 5 equal parts and form into balls; roll each ball into nuts. Wrap in wax paper and then foil and freeze until needed. Will keep up to 4 months.
