7 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
16 slices bread (crusts removed)
8 slices ham (boiled is fine)
8 slices cheese (Swiss processed is best)

Topping:
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper together. Layer in a greased casserole your sandwiches (8 slices of bread, 8 ham, 8 cheese, and top with 8 slices of bread). Cover with egg mixture. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, sprinkle corn flakes and margarine mixture on top of sandwiches. Bake 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly. Sandwiches will "fall" after being removed from oven. Slice and serve.
