4 diced bacon slices
2 chicken bouillon cubes
10 oz package frozen mixed vegetable
1 tbsp instant minced onion
3 1/2 c boiling water
2/3 c undiluted evaporated milk
2 c instant mashed potato flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and reserve. Add bouillon cubes, mixed vegetable, and onion to boiling water. Boil gently 5 minutes or until vegetable are crisp-tender. Stir in evaporated milk, potato flakes and reserved bacon. Heat to serving temperature.
