1 egg white
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 c firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pound pecan halves
Parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Whisk egg white until frothy in a large bowl; whisk in maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add pecans, stirring to coat.

Place nuts in a single layer on a parchment paper lines jelly-roll pan.

Bake at 300 for 40 minutes or until pecans are toasted and a crunchy crust forms, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
