1 box chopped broccoli
1 medium onion
2 tbsp butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 tube garlic cheese
parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli for 1 hour. Drain. In separate pan, melt 2 tbsp butter; add onion, celery and parsley. Cook until soft. Add soup and cheese, then broccoli; cook until cheese is melted.
