2 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 onion
1 1/2 cup of milk
3 1/2 cups chopped vegetables (peppers, celery, mushroom, carrots.)
1 teaspoon beef broth (Bovril or other)
1 can cream of tomato soup (284 ml)
1/2 bag of crumbled crackers soda (approximately)
Spices to taste (I like an envelope of ready seasoning meatloaf (Knorr or French.)

Preheat oven to 300 ° F
Mix all ingredients except Soda crackers
Add Soda crackers.
Add more crackers if you think the mixture is not consistent enough
Press the mixture into a baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 300 ° F for 3 hours or until cooked.
