2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. pine nuts
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup fresh ground parmesan
2 Tbs. ground Romano
4 Tbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place basil, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic in a processor and whiz to mix well. Add salt, parmesan, romano and butter and blend all. I place this in ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Next day I put them in a freezer bag and place in freezer until needed. Very handy to use when you need them.
