1/2 cp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce (more or less)
1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 lb boneless pork loin cut into thin strips
sprinkle of salt and pepper

1 tsp cooking oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets

1 Medium cooking apple cush as Granny Smith, peeled and thinly sliced
3 green onions cut into 1 inch lengths

Directions:

Stir water into cornstarch in small bowl. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir and set aside.

Heat wok or frying pan n medium high. Add first amount of cooking oil. Add pork strips. Stir fry until no pink remains in pork. Sprinkle with salt an pepper. Transfer to bowl.

Add second amount of cooking oil to hot wok. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add to pork in bowl.

Add apple and green onion to hot wok. Stir fry until apple is tender-crisp. Add pork mixture. Stir cornstarch mixture. Stir into pork mixture until boiling and thickened.
