2 cans of Chinese Noodles or 1 large bag, also called Chow Mein Noodles
1-1/2 bags butterscotch chips
2 Tbsp of Crisco
1 c peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and Crisco in pan over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat, add noodles and peanuts, mix well.
Plop heaping tablespoons size cookie clusters onto baking sheet, covered in wax paper. Put in refrigerator to cool for 1 hour until cookie holds it's shape. and the butterscotch is dry.
These are a hit no matter where you serve them. They can be sent overseas by placing them in plastic containers, with wax paper between the layers. The good thing is they taste awesome even if they are in pieces.
