1 c oats
1 1/2 c hot water
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
1 1/3 stick butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c milk
1 can coconut milk
Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 1/2 c hot water over oats and let stand for 30 minutes.

Mix rest of ingredients together with oatmeal mixture and bake at 350º till done. In a separate bowl mix frosting ingredients together and during last 5 minutes of baking pour frosting over cake.
