1 c butter
2 c flour
1 egg yolk
3/4 c sour cream
3/4 c chopped nuts
3/4 c sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour. In a separate bowl mix sour cream and egg yolk. Add to flour mixture and knead on floured board until smooth (3-4 minutes). Divide dough into 3 and wrap each in wax paper. Chill for a couple of hours. In a small bowl mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Roll each ball and top with cinnamon and nuts. Cut into a wedge and roll starting at wide end. Bake on ungreased sheet for 20 minutes at 350º.
