1 cup + 1 Tbs. flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbs. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Sift together flour, baking power, salt, and cocoa; set aside.

Melt the 8 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate until smooth.

In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla; set aside.

Beat the butter with an electric mixer until creamy; add the sugars and beat well.

Mix in the egg/vanilla mixture until well-combined, then add the chocolate and mix well.

Add in the dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Chill for at least 30 minutes

When you're ready to bake the cookies, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Scoop about 2 Tbs. of dough and form into a ball. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the cookies have just begin to set. The centers will still appear soft, but will firm up as they cool.

Cool on baking sheet for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
