2 c chopped onion
3 c chopped celery
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 c cooked shrimp
1/2 c crab meat
5 c milk
3/4 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 lb cheese slices
1 10 oz can lobster meat
1 lb scallops (cool and cut in 1/4's)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in 3 tbsp butter. Add salt and pepper. Set aside.
In large saucepan (or Dutch oven) mix butter, flour and milk. Bring to a boil. Add cheese and sauteed onions and celery. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Add seafood and pour into large casserole dish. Cook in oven at 350º F for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
