3/4 -- 1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp Flour
2 egg yolk
2 tbsp. Buttler
1 cup milk
2 cups thin sliced rhubarb
2 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 2 egg whites until it form a peak. Fold above ingredients into egg whites. Add to unbaked shell.

Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes (bottom rack)
Bake 335 degrees for 45 minutes ( 2nd rack from bottom)
