1 quart dandelions, flowers only
1 gal. water
2 1/2 lbs sugar
1/2 cake yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dandelions and water 10 minutes and let cool. Squeeze out dandelions and add sugar to 1 gallon of juice. Add yeast to cooled mixture.
You can also add 1 dozen oranges and 1/2 dozen lemons then sugar and yeast is added. Strain and put in jars and seal.
